How it works

If you have opted to set up a repayment plan with haboo, you'll receive an email from us with instructions on how to activate your account.

First, we will set up your haboo wallet. This digital account will be your loan repayment savings account, helping you to never miss a repayment while also saving for potential unexpected expenses.

Once your account is set up, we'll help you personalise your repayment plan. We want your regular payments to suit you, so you can choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and you can select the day or date that you would like the payment to be taken.

With your payment plan ready and tailored to you, the final step is to authorise us to collect regular payments from your main bank account. You'll be taken into your main banking app to approve this.

You are good to go! But the experience doesn't stop there. We know that things change, so make sure you keep checking into the app to make sure your payment plan works, to top up your account or to access support services tailored to you.
